About Dr. Pauleena Singh
Dr. Singh’s desire to help people has never wavered, with her dream to become a doctor originating when she was still a young girl. As her husband, a well-respected anesthesiologist, says, “She will listen to you, she will cry with you and she will help you.” This is one of the many factors that set Dr. Singh apart, as she runs her practice with a passionate understanding of the importance of close-knit doctor-patient relationships, operating on trust and comfort.
Dr. Singh earned her Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery from the University of the West Indies Faculty of Medical Sciences in Jamaica and completed her Residency in Family Medicine at the University of Toledo. She has become an expert in the realm of preventative medicine, stating that “The best way to control disease is to prevent it,” an ideology that can drastically improve one’s health and life expectancy. She utilizes cutting-edge technology to ensure her patients have the best tools at their disposal to maintain long-term health and vitality. With this structure in place, Dr. Singh offers the best in the treatment of chronic illness, preventative family care, physicals, nutrition and weight guidance, and VelaShape body contouring.

I found Dr. Singh on ZocDoc. I was looking for a female general practice doctor for my sister and I. Dr. Singh is amazing. She runs an all female practice. She is thorough, on time, and is supported by staff who is helpful and friendly as soon as you walk in the door. Thank you Dr. Singh and office for making my sister and I feel safe, secure, supported, and in good hands.

My appointment was scheduled for 8am, I was told I wouldn’t be able to be seen for 30 minutes. After 8:30 I waited an additional 15 minutes (to be nice) to go to a dysfunctional “lab room” where the scale was known to be broken. After I was transferred to my room where I waited until after 10am to see Dr. Singh.
After returning back to the “lab” for blood work I realized Dr. Singh never gave me closure on the primary concern of my visit. So I was directed back to the room, then immediately out into the waiting room again, then to the lab, then to their BREAK room, where I finally got to ask her what her “professional” opinion was.
It was unfortunate that Dr Singh’s performance was such a let down because her receptionist and the nurse were very kind and thorough.
Most definitely seeking another physician.

I needed a physical done for pharmacy school, and because my insurance has a limited network, finding a doctor was difficult, but I decided to go with Dr. Singh due to the many positive reviews I found online. While yes, she was very friendly and warm, the so-called business they run in the office is a disaster. It begins with the false advertisement on their front door in the office, which states that they are open from Monday-Friday from 8:30am- 4 or 5 pm - which is apparently not true since I got a phone call on my way to my scheduled appointment on a Thursday afternoon, from receptionist Theresa that "they do not see any patients on Thursdays." After I finally schedule an appointment to get a physical, and get it done, I was told by Dr. Singh herself to "come back at any time" and that I "did not need an appointment" for her to sign off on the rest of my paperwork as I was still pending some lab work and test results. I went out of my way to get the rest of my tests and labs done in a timely manner, only to show up one day early Friday morning just to be told "Dr. Singh is out of town." I do not live fairly close to the office and woke up earlier to drive there before I had to work to get all my paper work signed. Also, when I went back for a follow-up, I still had a urine test pending and was told by Dr. Singh that she would call me Monday with the results and she never did. My experience here has been very disappointing. If you enjoy being inconvenienced, maybe this is doctor's office is a place for you. Please be more communicative with your patients!!!
