About Pauli Gonzales

Pauli was fantastic, she had me in and out without feeling rushed whatsoever. Great bedside mannerism and made sure I had all of the tests done that I needed before just recommending me to a specialist.

I confirmed my appointment via a phone call yesterday. I received a text message that I should arrive at least 15 minutes early, and when I was 5 minutes from the location today, I received a call that they had to cancel on me. Unprofessional and unorganized.
