About Paulina Proska Crouse
Lina attended George Washington University, where she earned her Bachelor's Degree in Biology, and minored in Emergency Medicine, Criminal Justice, and German. Lina then attended Thomas Jefferson University, where she earned her Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies. She is experienced in treating all skin, nail, and hair disorders. She has a passion for the detection, treatment, and prevention of skin cancer and is dedicated to educating her patients about the importance of sun protection and receiving a regular Total-Body Skin Cancer Exam. She focuses on clinical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology.
Lina is also a devoted advocate for her patients and strives to develop collaborative and relationship-based care plans. I absolutely recommend Paulina! Both her and Rylan the medical assistant were super friendly informative, and took the time to answer questions as well as explain what they were doing, and what they were looking for. The practice itself seems to have figured out how to develop a system where everyone communicates and is on the same page. I recommend Paulina and this practice.

She was nice, very kind. I waited 45 minutes before getting seen. It was also first thing in the morning so a little strange to be that backed up so early. Expect to wait a long time before you get in to see the provider.

The doctor and nurse were great, along with the other staff. But the Zocdoc reminders were annoying beyond belief. You should give people the opportunity for ONE-TIME confirmation versus the barrage approach. In the two days leading up to the appointment I received more than 4 separate texts, and four separate phone calls, all AFTER I had already confirmed. This is enough to make me try another appointment provider next time.

She is very helpful and took the time to understand my issues and concerns. The medical assistant, Mike was also so polite and professional. I had the most wonderful experience. I often feel faint when having small procedures done but the doctor and the nurses took such good care of me and were so understanding. What is often an embarrassing experience was a very redeeming experience in which I felt looked after. Thank you team!
