The doctor and assistant were good. The front desk person was so so unfriendly it was awkward. I went for a couple of things and they never called in my prescription (it's been 2 weeks I'm still waiting and trying to contact them even though it showed up on my insurance) and I just learned that they got my biopsy results back but they never posted them to my portal or contacted me, I had reach out to check in on them. Just a weird experience - not bad but could be improved greatly.

I had to be at another place to pick up my daughter. The appointment was for a 10 minute consultation but made me wait for 40 minutes. I went there and cancelled the appointment because of the wait.

Did not check my scalp and missed a very important diagnosis of lice and she was hauty saying I was just there 2 days ago and need to give it time. On top of giving me the same cream steroid as my allergist gave me and she was blaming me that I called when she wasn't in the office and not reachable. Terrible in everyway

I would not recommend this doctor. She refused to provide the service I was looking for, despite having received it at the same dermatology office 10+ times previously. She was curt, provided little explanation, and was generally unhelpful. It’s worth noting I’ve had positive experiences at the Dermatology Specialists all other times when I’ve seen different providers.

Paulina Swietlik, PA-C , is an amazing physician assistant dermatologist. I saw her today for an annual skin cancer screening. She was so through in her exam. She explained everything set by step. She is just so knowledgeable, very caring, kind, a breath of fresh air! Front desk staff was also very helpful with exceptional manners! I give my experience 100 stars! Very very good!

I don’t always feel comfortable talking about my issues but Ms. Swietlik made me comfortable, followed up with more questions to figure out the core issue and was able to respond to my questions. I would highly recommend her because I felt being heard, not judged, and just being treated for issues that I have with utmost professionalism.
