Do you feel that you are not worthy of help or that your concerns have no value, or are you hesitant to speak up and seek the help you need? Are you living with mental illness in silence, afraid of possible repercussions like limited career advancement opportunities, employment discrimination, exclusion from social circles, loss of a spouse or partner, and judgment from your religious community? Matthew 11:28 says, ?Come unto me, all ye that labor and are heavily laden, and I will give you rest.? My name is Pauline Ekeh, PMHNP-BC. I am a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner licensed and board certified in the state of New Jersey to provide psychiatric care for clients with mental illness. More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

She was very late for our appointment, answered the phone during our session, and asked me questions for a full hour when I was there for therapy- not a medication refill. Maybe she’s good for therapy and I’m sure this isn’t representative of her whole practice but this was my experience. This was a virtual session.
