I just recently moved states, so I was in need of a new psychiatrist. All I wanted was to continue with the medications that I had already been on for a long time. Due to some undisclosed error, I was without sleeping medication the better half of a week. Those few days were the worst days in recent memory. When the new prescription finally came through, it was for one-third of the dosage I had previously been on. The dosage change for this particular medication was not discussed at all during the session. The previous dosage had been proven effective for literal years. I am disgusted with how I've been treated.

One of the best Tele visits i have ever had. Pauline was professional, empathetic and knowledgeable. My problem were addressed and she got me on the right medications. I will continue to see her.

I like her, i was skeptical at first since it was my first time visiting this clinic but am glad i did. Pauline was very attentive and we had good interactions that I believe are geared towards my care. I highly recommend her.
