About Paulinna Huynh

Physician assistant Paulinna Huynh graduated from the University of Oklahoma’s Physician Associate Program with a Master of Science degree in Health Sciences.
After first earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology with a minor in Chemistry from the University of Oklahoma, Paulinna worked as a nursing assistant at The Children’s Center in Bethany, Okla., where she provided daily nursing and rehabilitative care for children with complex medical needs. She later pursued her physician assistant degree and, after working in an endocrinology clinic in New York City, soon decided to focus specifically on women’s health.
“At the endocrinology clinic, I enjoyed working with the female population, especially the management of patients during pregnancy, and learning about the physiology of the female menstrual cycle,” Paulinna says. She then gained more experience working at Sound Fertility Care in Seattle before joining RMA in 2023, where she continues to find purpose and meaning behind her passion. “Working in a fertility clinic has been a rewarding experience, helping patients understand the basics of reproduction and helping them navigate their infertility journey.”
Based in RMA’s Seattle office, Paulinna sees firsthand the difference that RMA makes: “The team at RMA-SEA support each other in providing the best quality of care for our patients.” She is further inspired by her colleagues and mentors for their dedication and expertise, as well as by her patients for their “resilience in working to achieve their dream of building a family.”
