Our clinic thrives on working with kiddos and families to improve their overall quality of life.” Payton has continued her education since graduation and has certifications in speech and feeding disorders (SOS, Beckman Oral Motor, PROMPT). She has experience treating children with autism spectrum disorder, apraxia, dysarthria, language disorders, articulation/phonological disorders, and feeding disorders. She also has experience providing and treating children with augmentative and alternative communication devices. Payton began her career as a speech-language pathologist in the schools and then transitioned to the pediatric outpatient setting. She has worked at the Ivy Rehab for Kids in Bloomington for two years. Payton enjoys spending time with her partner and three dogs outside of work, hiking, and gardening.
