I am a board-certifies psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner that works with adults of all ages.
Many adults I work with are balancing demanding careers, family responsibilities, or major life transitions and notice symptoms like persistent worry, low mood, poor sleep, irritability, or difficulty focusing. These can quietly build over time and begin to affect work, relationships, and overall quality of life.
I offer telehealth appointments across California. I welcome individuals who are new to psychiatric care as well as those seeking a fresh start.
I help adults, and seniors work through anxiety, depression, panic, PMDD, insomnia, and more with compassionate care tailored to you. Together we build practical plans, including therapy and medication support, that fit your goals and life.
Reaching out can feel intimidating, but I offer a 10 minute free consultation so you can ask questions and see if we're a good fit. In our first session, we’ll talk about what’s been hard and what matters most to you, so you leave feeling heard and clear about next steps. What should a new client know about working with you?
I help high-functioning adults struggling with anxiety, depression Insomnia& PMDD including those who feel overwhelmed despite managing daily responsibilities. Treatment includes personalized evaluation and practical strategies to improve focus, mood and stress. You can expect to feel more in control, clear-headed, and supported in your day to day life.
I use CBT and ACT to help with thought reframing, manage anxiety, improve mood and focus. This structured goal-oriented approach builds practical coping skills for lasting mental clarity and emotional balance.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
Our work begins with a comprehensive initial evaluation, where we'll explore your current concerns, mental health history, lifestyle, and goals. This session is designed to give you space to feel heard while helping me develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs.
Follow up sessions are collaborative and focused. I often use cognitive behavioral therapy techniques to help you better understand thought patterns, building coping strategies, and creating meaningful and sustainable change in your daily life.
My approach is structured yet supportive, ideal for individuals who appear high-functioning on the outside but feel overwhelmed, anxious or mentally exhausted internally. Together, we will work towards clarity, balance, and improved emotional well-being.
Appointments are conducted via secure telehealth for your convenience and privacy. Between sessions, you may receive practical tools or strategies to help reinforce progress in real life situations.

This was my first time using telehealth after my previous psychiatrist stopped taking my insurance. I wasn’t sure what to expect but Peace made everything really easy. I don’t think I’ll be doing any in person appointments anytime soon. Oh and also a 5 for responsiveness, she answers on time anytime I send her messages.
