About Dr. Pedram Enayati
Dr. Enayati earned his Doctor of Medicine from the University of California, Los Angeles. He completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, followed by a fellowship in Gastroenterology at UCLA Medical Center. He has conducted extensive research on GI disorders, liver diseases, and liver/kidney transplantation. Dr. Enayati is the author of numerous journal articles and abstracts and has presented on a variety of topics both nationally and internationally. He has received several awards, including the Solomon Research Honors, Rubenstein Research Honors, and the Excellence in Research award from the Western Medical Research Committee. He is a member of the American Society of Gastroenterology and Endoscopy, American Gastroenterology Association, American College of Physicians, American Society of Internal Medicine, California Medical Association, and American Medical Students Association. Dr. Enayati holds certifications from The American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Gastroenterology.

This was one of the worst office experiences of my life. I wasn’t sent any confirmation email. I was only offered a virtual phone consultation, which I didn’t ask for. They kept sending me to the billing department when I asked for pricing. No one responded.

Doctor was great but front desk very slow and skipped over me when I arrived. That’s not a big deal.
I took an at-home test and actually brought it back earlier than I said I would just because I’m so eager for the results. Front desk scheduled a phone appointment for the results (like 7 days from then) and I got a voicemail DAY OF my phone call appointment saying they haven’t even processed it because I JUST dropped it off and that’s just untrue. Wish they were just honest

I don’t even understand what is going on at this office. I’ve been waiting for over a week for test and scan results that seemed incredibly urgent when the doctor saw me, but in the days since have apparently become a last priority. I’ve kept calling the office to get the results, only to be told that the doctor doesn’t have them, or that the doctor had scheduled a telemedicine appointment with me yesterday that I didn’t show up for (news to me, as I called three times yesterday and never got an email, text or any information about this), or, as of today, the doctor randomly calling early afternoon and leaving a brief message to call him back, and when I do, am met with the news that didn’t call me today and they don’t have an update but can figure something out once the main receptionist is back in the office.
The place was nice enough to go to and everything seemed on the up and up, but follow up care is non-existent. Really disappointed, and in a lot of pain, and very scared.

I asked whether they treated inguinal hernias. They said yes and then pawned me off to another doctor. NO, he does not treat inguinal hernias. He referred me to another doctor who ultimately told me that I need yet ANOTHER consultation and surgery. So why did I even see Dr. Enayati? A pretty useless middleman. Maybe he wanted the money?
The patient experience was also horrible. He asked me why I came in, and I told him for an inguinal hernia. He saw me for less than < 5 minutes and literally told me what I already knew: that I had an inguinal hernia. He referred to me by the wrong name and when corrected, just brushed it off and never said my name again.

Excellent dr., efficient, caring and friendly. The only thing negative I noticed was some drama and conflict between the administrators and secretaries before you get to see the dr. Secretaries were loud and I could hear their problems and there was also some tension and bickering going on in the office. Again, excellent visit, great dr., efficient, caring and a great listener. Will go back.

One of the best visit experiences I've had. The reception space is set-up in the hallway before you get into the waiting room so you can be sure anyone waiting with you has had their temp taken. The doctor and his team were very friendly and hospitable. They all explained everything they were doing and what to expect during each step. Very professional in a beautifully designed office space. Wish he was my primary.
