A lifelong learner, she has completed training from the Beck Institute in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She has a certificate in Traumatic Stress Studies from the Trauma Research Foundation and is also a certified perinatal mental health professional (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support International. She possessed over a decade of clinical experience before starting the Manhattan Therapy Collective. She has enjoyed being a clinical supervisor for psychology graduate students at Columbia. Dr. Loo is a member of the NYC Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Association and the American Psychological Association. She is also a member of the Women’s Mental Heath Consortium, where she serves on the Social Action Committee. Dr. Loo loves bringing her dog to work!
