The doctor after she saw someone that came in after me and the other woman in the waiting room. Her appointment took long. When she finally came in my room she must have spent maybe 10 minutes. Not very long for a new patient.

During my recent visit, I encountered several issues that I believe may reflect a lack of proper training or attention to customer service standards.
