The directions to the office takes to you a completely different location. After walking the perimeter of the hospital with the directions given to me on zoc doc, I was finally pointed in the right direction to the building that I originally parked at. After letting the front desk know the situation, they confirmed that this had been an issue in the past and the doctor still proceeded to reschedule to appointment I have been waiting months for. Change the address given to potential patients that do not know the hospitals layout and do not penalize them for the systems shortcomings, Left a meeting and rearranged my schedule for this so very unfortunate
