Through active listening and compassionate care, Perry Bishop, PMHNP, is dedicated to delivering the highest standard of psychiatric care to his patients.
Perry proudly served in the United States Navy as a combat medic prior to his honorable discharge in 2011. Perry obtained his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas A&M University – Corpus Christi. Perry specialized in emergency and critical care medicine as a registered nurse gaining valuable knowledge and skills that he still utilizes today. He then earned a Master of Science in Nursing as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in 2020.
Perry prides himself on being an advocate for his patients. He strives to deliver the highest quality of care to create personalized treatment plans. His goal is to support his patients so they can achieve their goals in life.
Outside of work, Perry enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his family. He is excited to welcome new and returning patients to Atlas Mental Health Care.

Perry does a good job of hearing a person out and what they want with treatment. He really gets people and understands that health is important as well as mental health. He picks up really quick for every appointment. He also will hear out and your concerns about certain medication and is flexible.
