The doctor is too old to be practicing. He is very incoherent and absent-minded as well.

I was charged for a copay when my insurance clearly states anytime i see a primary care doctor for a physical its no copay. Doctor barely spoke english and can barely stand on his own two feet.
I came into the office shivering due to a fever and due to swollen glands. Dr. Lo took over an hour to see me and did not look at my throat or touch my glands. He asked me about 4 questions, such as height, weight, family history, and what was wrong. He then sat at his computer and begin prescribing me medications and I had to ask what he thought my diagnosis was and what he was prescribing me. I then had to ask him to take my temperature and look at my throat because I was in excruciating pain. It was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a doctor.
Dr. Peter Lo was nice and all, but I think it may be time to throw in the towel. He wasn't too affable towards me, though when he talked to me he wasn't rude either. Upon the end of my visit there was woman who I guess worked there? She was not a doctor, nor did she introduce herself as such, asking questions to which I felt should've been answered by him. I do apologize when I say perhaps he should consider retirement as he took too long writing things down and even had the woman type things down for him. Patience is needed with this work and all, but it was to a point where I was about to ask if i should fill out information myself.
He was so old, I had to tell him the same things a few times. He was jotting my answers to questions in a notebook so I'm not actually sure where that info ended up. In the end, I decided to see another doctor for my follow up because I doubted Dr. Lo would remember me.
is was great he is very intelligent.

Mr. Lo was nice but extremely difficult to understand and not very helpful. It felt like his wife (who was the nurse?) did most of the work and answered most of my questions to the best of her ability but there was just a language barrier there for the most part. Genuinely just had a hard time understanding my diagnosis and was left feeling confused and lacking confidence in next steps regarding my treatment.
He honestly is so old that it made me uncomfortable. He was shaking and speaking so slowly. It was a weird experience. Didnt really make sense but I got my medication so oh well.
Doctor Lo was very kind, but he was kind of hard to understand. I think he is a good doctor if you have a straight-forward physical or need antibiotics or something. If you need a more complicated diagnosis you might want to see someone else.
Dr. Lo is simply too old to continue practicing. He is no longer able to handle most of his tasks as a general practice doctor, with 25-minute appointments each stretching to almost an hour simply because his mind and hands cannot move the patients through any faster, let alone if they have some complication that needs conversation.. A very nice man, with a staff that supports him as best they can and that do care about the patients, but unfortunately he no longer has the personal faculties to administer quality, efficient health-care.
It was very informative and helpful.

The receptionist was very helpful and pleasant, however the office manager, who turned out to be the doctor's wife was extremely rude. Dr. Lo seemed to be in another world when I came into his office. I asked if i should close the doctor as there was another patient sitting outside and he laughed and said "up to you" very flippantly. I closed the door and began explaining my symptoms. I basically diagnosed myself and he perscribed medication for my own diagnosis. Once he filled out the perscription I asked if he needed to do any additional testing since the visit seemed extremely brief and he laughed and asked if i wanted him to take my blood pressure. I simply left the office and then realized they had not returned my id or insurance card so had to go back. I think Dr. Lo is simply too old to be practicing.

Nice little office in BK that I found just hours before my appointment. Staff was very nice, office was clean, and Dr. Lo made me feel very comfortable upon meeting him for the first time. I would recommend this Doctor but beware of the wait time...I waited an hour as it is a one doctor office.

Peter Lo, is the best. I had him for years as my Medical provider. Every since he was working at wycoff hospital. I highly recommend him. He is such a warm hearted caring doctor.I was out of his office in no time

Peter Lo is a very calm and nice person. The woman at reception is very knowledgable. Unfortunately, cannot recommend him has a physician and I will not be coming back. I very rarely visit the doctors office and when I do, it is because I'm fairly worried. I have visited doctors about illness only three times in the last three years. I explained my symptoms, fever, cough, blood in mucous, headaches, muscle aches. I also explained my current circumstances and things I'd been doing at the present time that might be linked to the way I was feeling. There was no back and forth, very few questions and I was sent home with no new information. I called back to get my blood test results and discussed with them that there was beginning to be a lot of blood in my mucous the color had changed quite a bit. Nothing was discussed with me, just a blind prescription for a cough suppressant. When I looked up the drug I saw a 50% success rate with it with a massive amount of side effects. I'm upset that I wasted my yearly doctors visit that my (not so great) insurance provides. Peter was a nice person and may be a fine primary care doctor, but if there is something wrong with you outside of what is statistically probable, he will surely not be able to pinpoint it.
Great doctor
I like the office, the staff was very friendly and greet you as soon as you walk into the office. This was my first visit at Dr. Peter Lo. It took his time with me and listen to everything i had to say about my health. the wait time wasn't long at all. over all i will come back again.

Horrible
I dont like that the operatory/exam room was open since i dont want people walking by and hearing my issues or symptoms. Throughout the visit i felt more uncomfortable since i felt the doctor wasnt understanding. I got advice that i could've gotten from almost anybody.
He didn't find what was wrong with me.
