Dr. Peter Sinaiko has been a pioneer in urology and adapts new technologies into his practice. He has been principal investigator in clinical trials dealing with prostate cancer and other urological problems Since about the year 2000, He has Pioneered minimal invasive therapy for treating prostate cancer which preserves urinary continence and sexual function . Using minimally invasive techniques he has been able to achieve outcomes that equal those and in most cases surpassing the outcomes of conventional therapies including radical surgery and radiation therapy. Dr. Sinaiko is a graduate of the University of Illinois and earned his medical degree from the Chicago Medical School. He completed a general surgery internship and residency at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinic. He served in the U.S. Air Force as a physician During his military service, he was awarded the Air Force commendation medal. When his military service was completed, Dr. Sinaiko attended Temple University Hospital residency program in Urology. During his residency, Dr. Sinaiko completed a fellowship in urology at the Medical College of Pennsylvania. Affiliations & Distinctions Board certified urologist Fellow of the American College of Surgeons Member of the American Medical Society Member of the Urologic Association Diplomate of the American Board of Urology Honors recipient from the National Foundation for Birth Defects and Residents’ Night Competition, Clinical Division (during medical school) During residency, he won award from Philadelphia Urology Society for research project that he authored. All insurances are Accepted other than new patients who have Medicaid. We Accept insurance, cash, checks, and money orders. No credit cards at this time.
