About Dr. Peter Walimire
Dr. Peter Walimire specializes in the conservative and surgical management of all foot and ankle conditions for patients of all ages. He completed his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine at Kent State University in Cleveland and completed a residency in Foot and Ankle Surgery at Florida Hospital Orlando. He also holds a bachelor's degree from Cornerstone University. Dr. Walimire has additional training and a practice-specific focus on the treatment of bunions, hammertoes, minimally invasive surgery, flat feet, high arches, and injuries of the foot, ankle, and leg. Our practice also offers regenerative medicine services such as PRP injections, amniotic fluid injections, bone marrow aspiration injections, and laser therapy.
We provide same-day appointments and concierge-level treatment without the added cost. Dr. Walimire is clearly knowledgeable and more thorough with my problem than others have been in the past. Had a procedure in his office which went very well and he was skillful and considerate. Excellent consultation, clearly answered all questions and covered thoroughly the options for treatment (or non- treatment, if I chose that) as well as the pros and cons of each. Gave advice for shoes, wrote down brands and gave suggestions on local stores that carried them.
X-rays were quick, easy and visible immediately.
The entire office visit and staff was a model of efficiency and simplicity; it reflected the best of what medical visits SHOULD be. I highly recommend Dr. Wilimire and his staff!

Dr. Walimire is absolutely amazing. He took his time, listened, and has compassion. He and I were aligned in the conservative approach to the treatment. He’s extremely knowledgeable and up to date on the latest techniques. The office is beautiful and Julia at the desk is friendly and helpful. I walked away and knew if I needed surgery eventually, he would be the one to perform it.
