Loved it. Haven’t felt this cared for by my primary in such a long time. I had little to no wait, the office was spotless and in a good location, easy to find. Dr. Martin-Hall and staff were so very pleasant and easy to talk to. I want to tell all my friends to go see her!

Was the first one in, waited over an hour for the doctor so I left. The front desk said I wouldn’t be charged, but I was full a for visit.

There's a fair enough chance that I got mixed up in this situation, but I'm pretty confident that I am correct that when I called to reschedule my appointment and ask the secretary a question about types of procedures offered there, they had no problem with the initial reschedule due to timing conflicts, but they also noted that as a new patient I would need to schedule an appointment earlier than 2pm or so, and that's reasonable to me, and the secretary was even very helpful and proactive in making sure that I had a P.A. (she also indicated that this is a "prior authorization), which I would have to call my insurance provider to attain. I did this shortly after. It was my understanding that I had an appointment at 1:30 on a Wednesday, then it was changed to 4:30 on Friday (which is too late for new patients) and then I was additionally informed that the birth control implant (that I was scheduling the appointment to be removed from my arm and replaced with a new one) would then have to be ordered (from prescription company I guess) after I came in the first time for a new patient exam, but I'd I hadn't called to reschedule the appointment I would have shown up at the wrong time thinking I was getting my birth control that day. So then I received a phone call that said I had missed my appointment on Thursday, they hadn't removed my first appointment and then did not save the Fri appointment,

The NP was very thorough and friendly;however, the appointment took too long. I was waiting in the room for 20-25 before being seen. I waited another 29 minutes after getting undressed.
Due to the long wait, I have reservations about returning.

I was given concerning advice when asked about precautions I should take while waiting for test results. I asked about attending a large social gathering in a few days and when would I be considered cleared to attend. The provider said it didn't matter if I tested positive or negative for either of the contagious and communicable diseases, just wear a mask an attend anyway. I was seen on a Tuesday for a COVID and strep test. I was told varying time frames by different employees for the results to be available (2-5 days, 2-3 days usually, more than 2 days, & it can take a while). once it reached the 3 day mark I called 2 times daily to ask about results. I was told repeatedly that I would be called as soon as the results came in from LabCorp (which takes 1-2 days to process the specimen once received). I didn't get results until Thursday the following week 9 DAYS LATER. I was unable to care for my child or go to work while waiting for the results.

Petrel Martin -Hall was like a breath of fresh air. I felt so free to open up about all of my “stuff”. She immediately set up follow up appointments for the things I’ve been putting off. Thank you. I’ll be back!

Doctor Petrel is hands down the best doctor I have been to thus far, she really took the time to listen to all my concerns, and I felt like she took them all into consideration when making her recommendations. It felt like a breath of fresh air, and I am so grateful to have found such a great medical team. On top of it all, she is trauma-informed and ensured my mental health needs were also addressed. Get in while you can if she is not already booked up because it is hard to find a doctor like her!

I want to express how great my experience was at MFP. I have very bad social anxiety and a very hard time feeling comfortable going places/trying new things. I almost cancelled my appt bec of my anxiety, but so glad I didn’t. I never leave reviews so this should say a lot . I had plenty text/ email reminders for my visit which I love bec my life is hectic and forget easily. I love how they called to make sure I knew where I was going and were so polite. When I got there the receptionist was so nice, and so was the rest of the staff. While waiting I got to witness how the other doctors talked to the other patients in the waiting room and all were so friendly and sweet. I like how small and relaxing the environment is. The nurse taking down my information was so nice, calm and friendly. Dr. Petrel was awesome. She was calm and her energy so relaxing. She was open and inviting. I felt safe and happy talking to her even if it was hard to tell. I’m glad I went and will continue to see her

I’ve just found my new GP. She is fantastic. She listened, gave feedback, addressed each of my concerns, and had a wonderful bedside manner. She’s very personable and easy to talk with. She put me right at ease, and had me giggling in no time. I’m not a big fan of doctors, but I really like her and trust her medical opinions. She knows what she’s talking about, and it shows.

I saw Petrels preceptee. I have never had such a thorough examination in my whole life. I truly felt that every base was covered. Also, amazing that I was able to have lab work, gyn exam, and overall checkup all at one place. The provider spent an hour and a half one on one with me. I can't recommend this practice enough. As a healthcare worker myself, I know it can be challenging to spend a lot of time with patients. I am so pleased with my experience here. Thank you so much Petrels preceptee!
