“Dr. William is excellent and I cannot recommend her enough. I had originally tried a different, worse psychiatrist, and was feeling very pessimistic after that, but tried again with her. She was great. She is caring and listened to what I had to say. Many psychiatrists make you feel less-than, but Dr. William treats you like you know what you're talking about when discussing symptoms. She evaluated me for ADHD, diagnosed me, and got me a prescription in a timely manner. She discussed the benefits and drawbacks of various medications so we could choose one that was right for me. I am so glad to be her patient! Things worth noting: There is a deposit when you book on ZocDoc to prevent no-shows. If you don't want to pay an early deposit, book directly through her office. This is a Virtual Mental Health Service specializing in ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, and more. Hello, my name is Phebee William, and I am a Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. My model includes active listening and showing empathy to jumpstart my clients on a road to healthy mental health. I have worked with clients in various mental health settings, including inpatient and outpatient, for several years. I specialize in treating mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, psychosis, bipolar disorder, and PTSD. I use evidence-based practice to reach the desired results, and I love to support my clients throughout their mental health journey! I obtained my Master’s in Psychiatric Nursing from Walden University. I specialize in psychiatric evaluations and medication management for children and adolescents. I have gratefully received a 96% patient satisfaction rating due to the quality of service I provide. My work model is based on evidence-based practice and active listening to my clients. I offer stigma-free mental health care and ears to listen because I believe that my patients are my partners. Together, we can tackle individual mental health concerns by providing necessary treatments, which may include medications and psychotherapy. I believe in designing treatments tailored to a patient’s individual goals and desires, and I am committed to partnering with my clients and their families on medication and treatment choices.

What should a new client know about working with you?

In order to minimize fake bookings and late cancelations and no shows. We required FULLY REFINDABLE booking Fee. The Booking fee is $ 55. This is refunded if you cancel before 24 hour and if you show up for your visit. Thank you for your understanding

I had difficulty connecting with zoom. I had just gotten a new phone (another brand from my previous ones). Ms. William and Cat, from the office staff is wete wonderful trying to get the connection. They were extremely helpful, but when it became clear that the connection was not happening, Ms. William suggested a phone conference, which we did. She was very easy to talk to and spoke in a very calming way. This was our first meeting and we revised my medical history and present physical and mental health status. I found her very caring, and asked pertinent questions. I highly recommend Pheebee William She is a very competent, and compassionate medical professional.

I scheduled on ZocDoc for a virtual appointment. This was actually my first experience through the site, I’m surprised it was pretty pleasant. It was simple to get an appointment, and the reception contacts you through text, which is much easier than a lengthy email chain you probably won’t see right away. The receptionist was really nice and made sure I was all set up for my appointment. Regarding my actual appointment itself, she was about 10-15 minutes late. As a mental health worker myself, I understand that things get behind sometimes, so I didn’t mind it too much. I did contact reception though just to confirm again that I was having the appointment since the NP wasn’t online yet. Phebee was very nice and professional. She explains things well, which personally I didn’t need often, but it was awesome that she was being really thorough and clear in asking her questions and providing psycho-education on things. Great for people who need med management!
