About Dr. Philip Ceraulo
After graduating Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree at Rutgers University, Dr. Philip Ceraulo, D.O., FAAPMR, DAPBM completed and received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in New York.
He completed a one year rotating osteopathic internship at Long Beach Medical Center in New York. Following that, Dr. Ceraulo completed a residency program in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Stony Brook University Medical Center in New York where he also served as Chief Resident in the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
He continued his training and completed a fellowship in Interventional Pain Management of Spine Disorders at the Florida Spine Institute. He is Double Board Certified in the American Board of Pain Medicine and Board Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Dr. Ceraulo is an integral part of Redefine Healthcare. Dr. Ceraulo treats every patient with the highest quality of care, and has a passion to help individuals attain a pain free life.

In every field there are people who stand out as being so good at what they do, that you wouldn't know where an improvement could be made. In the field of pain management, that person is Dr. Ceraulo. He is continuously searching for ways to "do more and do better with less"...something that we are all looking for. He has my respect, my appreciation and my highest recommendation.

Dr Cereulo is very easy to communicate with. First time meeting him he reassured me he will take care of me. I have major back problems, knee, ankle, now my neck. He is amazing.

I love Dr ceruelo. He treats me as if I am family. I have been coming to his office for almost 5 years now. His assistant Karen is always very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this doctor to any of my family or friends.

I was referred to Freeman Pain, now Redefine Healthcare, by my Podiatrist to help treat my end stage foot and ankle arthritis. I can’t say enough good things about Dr Ceraulo and his assistant Karen. They are very professional, help my manage my pain and are On Time!!! I never have to wait more than 5 minutes - the only doctor I use that is that respectful of my time. I really appreciate it!

He was efficient with his examination, knew what I was feeling when it came to pain, gave me good exercises to relieve the pain. I felt like he cared and didnt rush me out.
