“The doctor was kind and nice guy.
I submitted all the documents they asked me to fill out before my appointment day, but they still asked me to complete them again when I checked in. I had made a reservation for an annual check-up, which required fasting overnight until I saw the doctor.
The doctor was nice, but unfortunately, they didn’t have anyone available to draw blood. I was sent to a lab at a different location, and even there, they asked me to come back five hours later.
I’m a pregnant woman, and due to their negligence, I ended up fasting for more than 12 hours. Hungry mommy, hungry baby. Back-and-forth for blood work. I do not recommend this experience.”

Dr. Fermano is a God send! Too many times in the medical field do you feel like you are being rushed or not fully being heard with all your issues and concerns. Not only was he attentive to all my needs and concerns, but he took the time to alleviate those concerns by explaining and any and all of the processes I would need to go through. Truely a great experience and would highly recommend him to any patient that wants an attentive, caring doctor and not someone who is just looking to get to their next appointment to get through the day

I saw Dr. Fermano for the first time today to establish general care, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. He was incredibly patient and empathetic, taking the time to listen to all of my concerns without making me feel rushed. Dr. Fermano addressed each issue thoughtfully and made me feel truly heard and cared for. It’s rare to find a doctor who combines such professionalism with genuine compassion. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and empathetic physician.
