Because my account has a balance of a very small amount for service that was done on Nov 6, 2025 the provider denied me medical service until I paid or gave a “deposit” to that bill that was only one month old. The invoice in question was for workers comp matter and I was instructed by workers comp adjuster not to pay out of pocket. I called the workers come adjuster while at the provider location and she was told by the providers staff that unless that invoice was was paid I would not be seen by any medical professional and my appointment would be cancelled. I paid the bill so that I could be seen and was reimbursed before I left the location however I once held Piedmont-in high esteem but this experience made me I realize it’s all about collecting money first and people’s health second.

Tiffany, the nurse who assisted me before the doctor came in, was fantastic!! Loved every moment with her. She made things so comfortable and fun. My doctor was wonderful also. The front receptionist was kind and engaging. Really loved the people running this location! They were a bit short staffed so my wait was longer than expected but they addressed all my concerns and were nothing but kind and courteous the entire time. (Hope to not) but if needed, will absolutely be back!

It was a very short wait and I arrived an hour early. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes.
However, my appointment was not in their system. They had to look for it elsewhere.

I was able to book online for a 4:30 appointment and was brought back to a room around 4:45. The nurse wasn’t the nicest and I felt like she was in a bad mood because of her attitude towards me but the doctor was nice.
