“I may give up my family doctor for Urgent Care. I called and got an appt SAME DAY and within 45 minutes of my phone call. YOWSER! That was great. Staff and PA were all very friendly. I recommend this office and these folks when in need of immediate medical care.”

Everyone was so cheerful and welcoming, even though i came in with a mask and know i was contagious. My PA explained everything clearly- the assistants were so sweet;my BP didn’t skyrocket as it usually does. It is an extra perk to get the prescribed meds before you leave. No trip to a pharmacy. I am always pleased with the care i receive- and so easy to book an appt. I will definitely be recommending the Newnan Piedmont Urgent Care to my friends and family. All the staff seemed to enjoy working together. Great staff!!! Blessings, Becky P

I was there twice within a 3 day period. Leg swelling and pain. First visit: The triage team was dismissive. I asked for them to take my blood pressure manually, as the machine always distorts my bp. They dismissed my request. The doc basically told me to take the antibiotics I was already on for a sinus infection and that should fix my leg. If not, come back in 48 hours. So 48 hrs or so later, I came back. The triage nurse was rude and unprofessional. This time I also asked to have my bp done manually. She still used the cuff. I explained the issue and that it causes the cuff to over inflate and cause a large amt of pain and make my arm turn colors. She still used it. The THIRD time it pumped up, I pulled it off. She was rude from that point on. Talking over me, having an attitude. When I tried to explain the visit before, as soon as I said “on my last visit” she snapped back “well I wasn’t here on your last visit. I could not explain anything to her. Very rude.
