Using the website to create an appointment and enter all my information was worthless and a big waste of time. The office staff was very supportive and fit me in, but I had to go though the whole Checkin process with ID and Insurance card even though I had done the exact same thing online. They didn’t know I was coming, I didn’t have a reservation despite all the emails and Zocdoc messages saying I did.

I will never recommend this location to anyone. If I have options I’ll put ZERO rating. I booked my 2 children’s appointment online and called to that location for my appointment confirmation as well. But when we get there; they said they can’t see my kids as they are almost closing even we have confirmed appointments. I’ll never ever go there and let my friends and family what happened.
