They are entirely to slow, I spent 2hrs there,and they did nothing but say go home and drink some benyadril, when i needed, and still need a steriod shot to stop a rash from itching and spreading as the other P.A., prior to this visit had no problem administering the medication that worked

The office told me appointments were not a priority and because walkins were heavy appointments may not be at time picked. In that case why have appointments? I told the receptionist to cancel my appointment because it was unfair to delay my visit.

Even though I had an appointment with them it took forever to be seen. Then once I got to the back and placed into a room, there was another long wait before I was seen. Then there was some kind of emergency that happened and that was another long wait before being discharged. It was not a good day to say the least. Appointment time was 11:45. I was discharged at 14:15.

I would not go back because the wait time was unacceptable. No reason to book an appointment if your appointment turns out to be two hours plus the original appointment time

Piedmont Urgent Care, is a blessing for those that need care without too much hassle.
Some furniture is not stable.
Waiting area is nice.
Greeting needs improvement.
Facial expressions and body language tell a story, so also is loud talking and joking around.
The person that receives you to take you back to the exam room sets the stage.
I think her name was Tawhan, she made the day. I even said that she should teach hospitality there.
The Dr.’s are great.
In particular Rebecca. She remembered me and was a good listener. ?
As a man I find that a woman can ramble on and on about things but with men they get very short.
I witness this with my wife but with me, no.

The staff could have been friendlier. Very dry personalities. No bubbly welcome. The doctor wasn’t friendly. Very dry personalities overall. The discharge lady was the nicest person I dealt with the whole visit. I won’t go back

The initial wait was very short, which was great, but once I was called to the back, it took an extended amount of time before seeing the doctor. As far as the young lady that checked me in who took me to the back. I had to repeat an issue to her again as to what I needed to have done I felt like she ignored the fact that I asked to note it g guyot the doctor initially, but after repeating it, she put it in writing for the doctor to have it done..
other than been clear to what’s to be treated, the staff was nice. Clean and Pleasant facility. I would definitely go back.

Wait time was great. I got in and out. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Answered a lot questions I had. If they didn’t know they verified with someone to get me all the answers I needed. Will definitely book another appointment in the near future.

The person that took me in and asked questions was not altogether aware of my answers. Asking me more than one question the same question even though I answered it.
As a patient I would like to know that I am cared for from entry to departure and not just a number. It makes a difference in my experience.

The office staff were polite, patient, and efficient. I appreciated being allowed to wait in my car until it was my turn, which made the visit comfortable and stress-free. The nurse practitioner was very thorough and attentive, taking the time to explain everything clearly. I highly recommend this urgent care for anyone looking for quality, compassionate service.

I guess I expected the wait, both before going back and the waiting on the PA, but the PA I saw was great. Took time to listen and checked my eye out thoroughly. Overall better than my last two doctor visits at a nearby clinic

I went because I don’t have a primary doctor I have hypertension bad and bc I went there already for 2 refills they turned me away with no BP meds and blood pressure was High! That’s sad what happens if I have a stroke or heart attack?

I was able to see someone within 20 min as the first patient, this could have been better I think. Reason. Talking and laughing. They were nice enough, and treated me with respect. The area seem to lace maintenance. Air conditioning was out and units were being used. Some places in the examination room was coming apart and the top of the door and around the hanging instrument had dust build up. A chair in the corner with its back broken. The desk area coming off the wall, paint worn of the door. Non of these things I describe got in the way of good service, especially from Robyn.
The area just felt like a leftover office that needed some aesthetic care compared to others I have been in. I have recommended your facility to others but having been there yesterday I might hesitate.
I believe your facility is in a good place and greatly needed. Clean and attractive would drastically improve your inflow.
Someone to explain How to fill prescription there would have been useful.
