“So for some reason Zocdoc had me under someone else's name even though I put my name and all my information in. Then, the Pioneer Clinic didn't have me on their schedule. Zocdoc isn't working. The doctor's and nurses from the Pioneer Clinic told me they don't get any of the appointments made through Zocdoc. That definitely needs to be fixed. Pioneer Physicians provides immediate care for non-emergency injuries and illnesses. Patients ages 1 and up can be seen without an appointment at our facility, which is staffed by excellent physicians and nurses dedicated to restoring your health. We offer diagnostic services for a wide variety of injuries and illnesses.
In addition to walk-in urgent care, we also provide primary care. Our highly qualified team includes family medicine and internal medicine providers. We are proud to offer comprehensive services for adults, with a goal of delivering compassionate and exceptional care to all our patients.

I made an appointment at 11 I wasn’t seen till 2pm and then I was rushed the were to take blood they stuck me 3 times then said we might have enough if not come back

This place is a mess. I made an appt 24 hours in advance. They lost the appointment. Didn’t tell me until after I drove two hours out here to receive care. Then proceeded to tell me it would be a 2 hour wait to be seen. Front office lady was yelling about my personal information across the entire full waiting room.

I came in feeling very ill with a slew of symptoms. I along with everyone I live with are all sick. Two of my other roommates were feeling the exact same way as I am, but they went to a different provider and got prescribed medications and recovered quickly. I, on the other hand, at this location was told that I had to just wait it out and take over-the-counter medications. Mind you, I have been feeling this way for a week and none of those medications have really worked for me, but I guess I'm out of luck. It was a complete waste of time. I'll never come back again. And for the record, I did test positive for a respiratory illness but I guess the doctor's orders are to just tough it out. And their system wasn't working either. They couldn't tell me if my insurance would be accepted and they didn't even know that I set up an appointment through zocdoc when I arrived.

This office doesn't actually use Zocdoc anymore. You can make appointments but they do not confirm them. Also for United Healthcare insurance will cover the visit but no tests so I had to pay out of pocket for any testing I wanted.
