I think the service is provided by this provider were fine. My daughter surgery seems to be a have been a success.
Once meeting the provider, he also came in with high energy and great spirit. Just an amazing group of people.

We like your Windy Hill office as it is convenient for my family. We have seen 5 or more physicians at Windy Hill and like them all!. I personally like the efficiency of your practice. ie..(time taken to be seen) I also like the fact that you offer a one stop shop; x-rays, casts, splints etc...
It was comforting to have the same Dr. that we had a few years ago when my son and I were in a car accident. Dr.Lim did an amazing job back then and had the same caring energy today! A big thanks to him and the staff!
Poh Lim is amazing and listened to any concerns my daughter had with her injury. He explained everything to her and what she needed to do to heal so she could continue playing a sport she loves. The staff are amazing from the MAs to the X-ray tech.

From setting up the appointment to the actual visit things were very smooth and easy. Checked in and within about 10 minutes we were in an exam room, X-rays then speaking with the doctor all probably in less than 45 minutes.

The clinical staff was amazing, the front office staff was kind but had her AirPods in the entire time I was speaking to her, both at check-in and check-out.
I thought my daughters appointment was at 10, but it was at 9. The staff made it possible for her to be seen. My daughter was especially happy because she was able to get her cast off! The staff was kind to my energetic daughter as well.
I love Wellstar Orthopaedic Associates. The provider listens to me and my son's concerns. He comes up with a plan of action. Ensures we have a full understanding of what's going on.
