I'm a Psychiatric Physician Associate, and besides providing traditional psychiatric treatments & prescribing medication, I am passionate about implementing evidence-informed complementary approaches (nutrition, exercise, hot&cold therapies). I founded Holistic Psych Solutions, an Integrative Psychiatry practice that offers extended and flexible in-person & telemedicine appointments tailored to each client's needs. I have particular interest in treating Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, ADHD, and Addiction. I am also a part of a great team at Addiction Recovery PHP&IOP program.

Polina has been an incredible support in my mental health journey. She’s compassionate, listens without judgment, and really takes the time to understand what’s going on. She was very thorough in her assessment and evaluation, I felt like I was being listened to and didn't feel like I was being rushed like ive felt in the past with other providers. Her recommendations were also very practical, with some useful health suggestions that I don't typically hear a lot. Most people I see just log in rush me through and prescribe just one type of treatment and I dont see them again for awhile. I feel like I was actually taken care of here and a lot of her recommendations have now become routine and I feel a lot better for it.

OK, let me begin by saying I have gone up and down Miami looking for a psychiatrist who can assist with my sister's condition. We are so extremely satisfied with the patient care. My sister has Cerebral Palsy and suffers from depression and anxiety as well as other mental health issues. From the first day we met with Polina she listened to all of us and she took the time to address all of our concerns. It has been 3 years and counting we have been with her and we feel so blessed to have come across such a patient, sensitive, and compassionate doctor especially for the Special Education Community. If I could rate her more than 5 stars I would, do yourself a favor and book an appointment without any hesitation.
