The check-in process was easy and my insurance was accepted. Staff were friendly and used my preferred name. Dr. Chitgopeker was fantastic! Obviously knows her stuff, made me feel more comfortable with some skin changes over the last year. Very kind, patient, and professional. Highly recommend, and hopefully I'll be able to book with her again next year!

Dr. Chitgopeker is phenomenal! I did have quite a lengthy wait (an hour and a half in total from my arrival to being seen by the doctor). However, I could tell this was truly an anomaly for her and that it was a surgery that ran far over its allotted time. It’s rare for a doctor to sincerely thank you for your patience and respect your time, and Dr. Chitgopeker made it clear she really valued my patience. Her bedside manner was warm and inviting, and she was informational and reassuring about what course of action we were going to take. Cannot wait for my follow up with her!
