Porsha was very polite, kind and friendly. She did not hurry through question and that reduced my anxiety in the new situation. I am appreciative of the visit and look forward to improvement.

I had a telehealth appointment and it started right on time. This is my first time meeting with Miss Kimbrough and I liked her right away, which is unusual for me. She asked, I answered she asked I clarified she gave me her input and her thoughts/opinions, and I gave her mine and we came to an agreement. She offered advice and opinions. I wasn’t told I had to do this or that; suggestions were made with complete explanation for each and everything. I felt comfortable talking to her. I liked her personality. I like that she had the ability to joke around a little and laugh at some of the dumb stuff I said I didn’t feel like she was watching the clock with me like I do with most therapists/doctors. She saw me, listened and paid attention and heard me which is not usually how it goes in doctors offices. We came to a mutual agreement on treatment and set up a future appointment after she was sure that I didn’t have any more questions For her. She made me feel like I needed to succeed for her not her personally, but I had a feeling that she really cared and it was important to her that I did succeed and would be with me through every step and miss step
