Dr. Tatagari is a board-certified psychiatrist with over a decade of experience in treating patients of all ages. He earned his Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery from Kurnool Medical College and completed his residency in psychiatry at Hennepin Healthcare Clinic & Specialty Center. He further specialized with a fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the Medical College of Wisconsin. Dr. Tatagari has worked in various hospitals and clinic settings in Texas and Wisconsin and has taught psychiatry residents and fellows at the Medical College of Wisconsin. His expertise includes diagnosing and treating a wide range of mental health conditions in children, adults, and geriatric patients.

He had obviously read all my information and was very familiar with the medications I’ve been prescribed. He was a good listener and asked if he could call my daughter. I thought that was a good idea because she’s well aware of my mental health issues.
Additionally, he accepts my insurance! It’s extremely difficult, actually impossible to find a psychiatrist that accepts insurance in Austin, Texas.

Great dr I hope to be able to keep seeing him despite the meds I've been on for over 15yrs an loosing my dr near me due to loosing medical license an after that seeing family Dr for 8yrs almost who out of no where said they cldnt treat my medical needs anymore due to me having issues with a rep. Who was rude an broke patient client hippa laws in front of patients degrading me an this DR WAS THE ONE I FOUND TO HELP ME AN WAS AWESOME AN ATTENTIVE.. HE WAS TRUSTING AN UNDERSTANDING DIDNT JUDGE ME OR REFUSE ME.. I WISH THERE WAS MORE DRS SUCH AS THIS ONE EVEN THO ITS OVER MED VIDEO I HOPE HE WILL STILL SEE ME AN HELP ME AT LEAST TIL I HAVE LUCK FINDING A DR LOCALLY WHO ACCEPTS MY INS. AN TAKES NEW PATIENTS..
