I will never go back here. I went in because I have pain in my tailbone, while I was explaining what I was feeling to the ASSISTANT, she tells me, “there’s probably nothing you can do about it”. Why did I even come then?? When the doctor came in, he makes me break down again what I was feeling, once more I am told there’s nothing I can do about it. He then tells me to take over the counter medicine that I let him know I have been taking and it hasn’t been helping with the pain. He asked me twice “What are you expecting today?” For you to do your job? Tell me what’s wrong with me? He spent like 5 minutes with me and tells me to use heating pads and massage the area before leaving. The assistant comes back in and starts booking a physical for me because apparently I DO need that. The assistant then stops for a second to scratch her head then says “Girl I think my nail just popped off.” This was THE MOST unprofessional doctors visit I’ve ever had.
