Don't know why I completed forms and copied my insurance card on Zocdoc because none of the information was used by the office. I completed all of the forms AGAIN.
There was a traffic accident which delayed the office staff and pushed all of the appointments back. Frustrating, but understandable on a rainy day.
Dr. Potharlanka was warm and very approachable. I'd recommend her, but also recommend not bothering to complete the online forms.

She's really nice and she gets straight to the point.. I was early for my appointment, but they didn't make me wait.. The workers are really friendly and caring.. I'm glad I went there..

Since I moved to Mercer County NJ, my hopes for finding a primary doctor that could satisfy the standards which I have been accustom to from my two previous one were very slim, but After my visit at Dr. Potharlanka’s office I believe that I found some hope.
My biggest issues with a lot of the Doctors I used in the past few years is what I call the Fast Food Restaurant treatment (in and out) where is all about the numbers patients they can book for the day and the ambiance of indifference felt from the secretary to the nurse… well you get the idea.
The office of Dr. Potharlanka and its staff treated me like a patient. The secretary (I believe her name is Crystie) and the nurse Rossie ( I hope I got everyone’s name correct) were friendly and professional at all time considering how busy the office was on that day; which also tells me they are good working under pressure.
Dr. Potharlanka, was attentive, patient, caring and never made me feel rushed. She took the time to go over my concerns in a professional and non-judgmental fashion and I do appreciate that.
?PLEASE NOTE? On the 3rd review question, I did put the correct waiting time frame but I also wanted to note that there were some renovations being done at the moment which also involved the assistance and coordination of the front desk secretary; I believe that created a delay in the process and also made their small waiting area a little congested. But I understood and it did not bother me at all.
