What should a new client know about working with you?

I am interested in getting to know you well first so that I am best able to help you by understanding what you are looking for. 1. New patient's will get an email with intake documents to fill out (it takes 5 minutes to fill out) 2. You should be either in NY, CT, NJ, or Virginia on the date of your appointment. 3. No controlled substances prescribed. No exceptions. 4. No letters or forms filled on first appointment. No exceptions

What is your typical process for working with clients?

For new patients, I first meet for 30-45 min intake where I get to understand what brings you to me. I then at the end summarize my findings for you and review all the treatment options. I work with my patients to come up with a treatment plan that is safe and effective. No stimulant medications prescribed. No exceptions.
