Getting to know Princess Ezeanochie

***At the moment this therapist is not accepting medicaid insurance. Please see accepted insurance as well as out of pocket fees below*** Life does not always unfold as a fairytale. People change, emotions become complex, and it is natural to feel overwhelmed at times. Within relationships, challenges such as communication difficulties, breaches of trust, or unresolved emotional pain can be deeply distressing and difficult to confront. Intrapersonal struggles—including depression, anxiety, and low self-esteem—can be equally overwhelming and impactful.

What should a new client know about working with you?

As a couple, if you’re hoping to communicate more clearly, understand one another more deeply, or rebuild trust, therapy can be a powerful place to start. If you’re an individual navigating difficult emotions or personal challenges, therapy can also offer clarity, support, and healing. When it comes to both interpersonal and intrapersonal concerns, if you know what you want to work on and why, you can leave the how to me. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I take pride in supporting couples, families, and individuals. I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are. With practical tools and compassionate guidance, couples and families can learn healthier ways to communicate, strengthen trust, address challenges together, and create emotional safety. I also work with individuals seeking support through personal struggles, offering a listening ear and a path toward understanding themselves more fully.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Therapy can feel scary, intimidating, or difficult to begin—but you don’t have to take that first step alone. With my support, we can start that journey together. Let’s begin the process of rediscovery and healing, one step at a time.
