“I cannot express the importance this clinic has in my life. Every single staff member is more than friendly. All of the ladies (especially Fae) are what I call my "depression doulas." I genuinely look forward to my appointments, they are one of the best parts of my week. If I could give them more stars, I would. If you are looking for support/guidance on spravato treatments, I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you so much Optimum team! For insurance coverage information, I have WA Kaiser "Core" through my employer who covers Spravato. It was hard to find a clinic, since Kaiser is so picky.”

As a board-certified adult Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), I provide psychiatric medication management with supportive therapy, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), and consultations for Spravato® (esketamine) treatment. My clinical approach is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and respect for each individual’s lived experience.
I believe that medication can help create the balance needed to fully benefit from therapy, personal growth, and meaningful life changes. I take a conservative and thoughtful approach to prescribing, emphasizing careful evaluation, patient education, and consistent follow-up. Medication management is always reinforced with supportive therapy, lifestyle considerations, and evidence-based care, allowing treatment to evolve as your needs change over time.

My approach is flexible and adaptive, supporting you through different stages of recovery, stability, and thriving. I focus on symptom reduction, relapse prevention, and early intervention, with the ultimate goal of helping you achieve mental clarity, emotional resilience, and lasting wellness.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
My practice is rooted in a holistic, patient-centered philosophy, and I am committed to offering effective, FDA-approved treatment options that balance innovation with safety and minimal side effects. As co-director of Eastside TMS and Wellness Center, I am proud to offer TMS as an advanced treatment option, alongside Spravato® therapy, for individuals who may struggle with treatment resistant depression and require an option outside of traditional treatments.
