This was the absolute best experience I’ve ever had! From check-in to getting my blood work completed, every staff member was extremely friendly and engaging. The atmosphere was so family oriented, and I felt like I was a part of the family. I’m staying put.

My primary care doctor retired so after searching for a new provider, I landed in the hands of nurse practitioner, Priscilla. I’m so happy I decided to take a chance.
Priscilla was very professional and patient friendly- she listened and delivered everything that I expected.
The whole atmosphere was welcoming. The woman who took my vitals was amazing. The receptionist was also great.

I had a great experience at Goldson doctor’s office. My visit was comfortable from start to finish, and my doctor was incredibly kind, attentive, and easy to talk to. The whole team has a young, vibrant energy that makes the atmosphere welcoming and pleasant.
I also love that this is a full-service office, I can get my blood work and other tests done right there without having to go anywhere else. It’s super convenient and saves me so much time.
I would definitely recommend this office to my friends and family!

It’s seem like zocdoc did not inform about the service offered because the NP was not able to serve me because she didn’t offered the kind of service that I requested. And my appointment wasn’t registered in the office agenda

Dr. Goodson’s medical office is incredibly disorganized. I booked an appointment for 11 AM through Zocdoc. The office called me and asked me if they could change it to 1130 and make it a telemedicine appointment. The nurse practitioner called at 11 and of course I missed it because it’s expecting her to call at 11:30. I called the office many times and nobody answers the phone. Extremely frustrating that this office is so disorganized.

This was my first visit and it was wonderful!! I was greeted by Arlene immediately upon arriving and I waited less than 30 min to be seen which was great and schedule friendly. The staff that took my vitals and EKG were very pleasant super informative, and well spoken. Everyone introduced themselves and maintained a professional demeanor. Nurse Practitioner Priscilla Assale was very welcoming and accommodating. She listened and answered all of my questions. I’m delighted that I was able to visit this location. I was told that my doctor would reach out to me with instructions on how to join the video call, but I never received anything, and when I tried calling the office, no one answered the phone. I paid for an appointment that never occurred.

Firstly, all staff were very friendly and easy to communicate with. There was an issue of appointment location being changed with no noticifcation, but was easily solved and appointment moved from 930am to 10am instead. I was checked in, all new patient paperwork done, and vitals done and in exam room before 10am. Spoke to at least 4 staff members about the purpose of my visit being an ear cleaning. I proceeded to then sit in the exam room for over an hour without a single check in. When I asked if everything was ok, the staff seemed surprised that I had not been seen to yet. When Dr. Priscilla came in the room a few minutes later, she looked at my paperwork and asked if I was only there for a cleaning to which I responded yes. She then informed me they don't do cleaning there. Complete waste of my time which could have easily been avoided if they had actually read my reason for appointment.
