“A bit of a hiccup prior to arrival with the office having a call center direct & confirm appointments. Did not tell me I needed to arrive 30min prior to my appointment and now that I arrived was told I had to wait for the next opening. Once I arrive staff was very accommodating and understanding, did not make me wait. Dr. Patel was absolutely amazing! Informative, kind, provided clarity in an easy way for anyone to understand, and seems to take a genuine interest in his patients! Looking forward to my next appointment or any referrals with him and his team! ”

Wouldn’t be seen because I didn’t have physical card. My legs have been swelling up for the last week and I was trying to get in to be seen to get started on the problem but something a small as not having a physical card but insurance isn’t acceptable. Wouldn’t recommend going.

I am an existing patient. He had my chart pulled up and was aware of my history. He listened to my problems and prescribed medications appropriately. The wait time was unusually longer than I had expected or experienced there in my prior visits due to a lot of patients including walk-ins. Doctor is great and I definitely recommend him.
