Hi there, my name is Prudencia Ijeoma, and I am a board-certified Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a Certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Regis College. My approach is patient-centered, holistic, and individualized to meet each person's unique needs. I specialize in treating a variety of mental health disorders, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, mood disorders, schizophrenia, and others. I offer telehealth services to patients who are 18 years old and above. I provide psychiatric evaluation, prescriptive medication management, and psychotherapy.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach to psychiatric care is warm, welcoming and free from judgment. I strive to provide high-quality care that nurtures the mind, body and spirit. If you're new to psychiatric care or are interesting in seeing a new provider, I invite you to come in and let's work together to create a treatment plan that will help you become your best self."

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our first appointment will last for at least an hour. During this initial meeting, we will gather more information about you, including your current concerns, past psychiatric health history, and other important health information. At the end of this meeting, we will develop a treatment plan that is tailored to your specific needs. We will meet again after a month or sooner, depending on your condition, for medication management. These meetings will last for at least 30 minutes, or longer if necessary, depending on your state of being.
