Hi! I am Quetina, a doctorally prepared board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I have a passion for women's mental health and perinatal mental healthcare. I help teen girls and women struggling with anxiety, mood disorders, and hormonal imbalances restore their mental and emotional wellness naturally and clinically. PLEASE NOTE: AT THIS TIME, I DO NOT ACCEPT INSURANCE. I CAN PROVIDE YOU WITH A SUPERBILL UPON REQUEST. I ALSO OFFER SLIDING SCALE PAYMENTS FOR CLIENTS WHO QUALIFY.
What should a new client know about working with you?
I provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive care for teen girls and women ages 15+. My practice focuses on perinatal mental health, PMDD, anxiety, depression, and mood concerns. I focus on evidence-based psychiatric care using individualized treatment plans and non-controlled medication options when appropriate. Controlled substances are not prescribed as part of my treatment approach.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
Expect a partnership. I take a warm, trauma-informed approach that prioritizes stability and well-being. The first step is a 60 to 90-minute initial evaluation. This is a dedicated time for me to listen to your history, understand your goals, and discuss clinical recommendations. Together, we’ll move forward with a compassionate plan tailored specifically to your life.
Out-of-pocket fees and assistance
Initial session: $325 for 60 minutes
Ongoing session: $150 for 40 minutes
- Sliding scale: Offers lower out-of-pocket fees on an individual basis, typically based on your ability to pay

This is a self-pay practice. Payment is due at the time of service. I do not bill insurance directly; however, a superbill can be provided upon request for clients who wish to seek possible reimbursement from their insurance provider.
