Quinlan Owen, ALMFT

Marriage and Family Therapist
1332 N Halsted St, #201, Chicago, IL
Life doesn’t always fall apart in obvious ways, sometimes it just quietly stops making sense. You might look around and think, “This isn’t quite working… but I don’t know what would.” That in-between space can feel confusing, frustrating, and surprisingly lonely, but it is also where real change begins. I’m Quin Owen, a marriage and family therapist based in Oak Park, Illinois, offering both in-person and virtual therapy for clients across Illinois. I work with kids (ages 5+), teens, adults, couples, and families who are feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward—but are ready for something to feel different.

Getting to know Quinlan Owen

Life doesn’t always fall apart in obvious ways, sometimes it just quietly stops making sense. You might look around and think, “This isn’t quite working… but I don’t know what would.” That in-between space can feel confusing, frustrating, and surprisingly lonely, but it is also where real change begins. I’m Quin Owen, a marriage and family therapist based in Oak Park, Illinois, offering both in-person and virtual therapy for clients across Illinois. What should a new client know about working with you?

Feeling stuck in a life transition or wondering “what now?” I work with women, young adults, and couples who are navigating identity shifts, relationship challenges, and big life changes. Many of my clients are figuring out who they are after a breakup, divorce, career shift, or major life transition. Others come in wanting better communication and a stronger sense of teamwork in their relationships. My style is warm, authentic, and collaborative. Therapy with me isn’t stiff or overly clinical—you can show up as your full self. We’ll talk honestly, reflect together, and sometimes even laugh while working toward real change. Common areas I help with: • Life transitions and identity exploration • Women’s issues and young adult challenges • Relationship communication and conflict • Couples wanting to reconnect and feel like a team again If you’re feeling stuck or searching for clarity, therapy can help you move forward.
