Dr. Raafay Deen is a board-eligible adult psychiatrist. At the heart of Dr. Deen's clinical approach is a strong emphasis on establishing trust and building a therapeutic relationship to help patients achieve their goals.

Because we accept insurance, we can reduce out-of-pocket expenses and still offer high-quality care. You may not have any cost related to your visit with us, depending upon your insurance plan. Most patients pay a small copay per visit, subject to any deductible or coinsurance that your health plan has. The Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services determines appropriate billing guidelines. These guidelines depend on the length of the visit and the complexity and severity of your diagnosis. For this reason, we need to wait until after the visit for the final determination. We then submit the claim to your insurance company. The charges are calculated based upon pre-negotiated prices with your insurance company. Your insurance company will then determine what amount, if any, is your responsibility per your insurance plan.

Complete waste of time. Was told It would be better if I saw an in patient psychiatrist, which is rare to find because everyone is telehealth these days. The whole appointment seemed rushed, like he just wanted to take the money and run.

This was the most difficult session I've had, and I was not the nicest patient! But, under that kind of circumstance, the caring of Dr. Deen really shows. He was completely understanding of where I was coming from, and followed-up immediately after the session by messages, responding to my apologies. He couldn't have been nicer and more forgiving. He is a medical gemstone!

Fulfilling the numerous requests for information prior to the appointment then having to repeat information for the doctor was frustrating.
If there is a way to advise potential patients that "Kindle Fire" is not a compatible device for the Healow app it would alert people not to spend hours trying to download the program.
Dr. Deen was pleasant and articulate. I am looking forward to working with him. We've already scheduled our next appointment. He offered to find an associate with whom I can have therapy sessions.
Looking forward to moving along in life rather than moping along.
