I am a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner ' experience in acute care mental health psychiatric hospital, long-term memory care facility and post-acute care facility caring for clients dealing with depression, mood disorders, bipolar disorder, anxiety, schizophrenia, PTSD, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, Dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. As a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, my goal is to restore individual mental health well-being through holistic care. I treat each individual with compassion and respect. I am a mental health nurse practitioner, who is well experienced in psychiatric disorder and management. I have strong relationships with families and individuals. I create treatment plan with detailed comprehensive assessment. As an active listener, I work with empathy. I treat each client as an individual, with respect and utmost confidentiality. I work with clients to arrive at the best plan of care that will be effective and reduce psychiatric symptoms in a timely manner. I incorporate psychotherapy in the treatment process in conjunction with medications.

My approach to care is compassionate, individualized, and evidenced-based. I look at the whole person-not just a diagnosis or a set of symptoms. Together we will explore your concerns, identify your goal, and develop a treatment plan that aligns with your needs. This may include medication management and supportive guidance. I encourage open and honest communication. Most importantly i want you to know that you do not have to navigate your mental health challenges alone. I look forward to getting to know you and partnering with you on your mental health journey.

1. Initial assessment and getting to know you as an individual. I will want to know about your strengths, support system and what you hope to achieve during treatment. 2. Developing a personalized plan that depends on your needs, treatment goals, and discuss appropriate options 3. My goal is to help you feel supported and empowered while working to improve your mental health and overall well-being.
