This was my first time meeting my doctor and she was nice and professional. The nurse aasistant was great as well. The office was clean, neat and welcoming. The doctor was thorough and asked a lot of the right questions. So my impression of her is a 5 star. I would recommend her to others.

The staff was very polite and courteous. There were a few technical issues between the various systems talking to each other and they figured them out. I appreciate their diligence.
The provider took their time with me and did a great job starting broad and narrowing down to items related to my immediate concerns. I know I am not always great at asking clarifying questions, and her proactive approach to explaining the reasoning and rationale behind some of the tests she ordered was welcome.

I would tell a friend that Rachel is great, however, wear cool clothes because the office is burning up. I was told that don't use the A/C because of one woman in the office that is cold nature. They should really think of their patients first. I left sweating, not happy.

Everyone was extremely nice! It took me over 30 minutes to fill out paperwork even after doing the virtual check-in. After seeing the tech, answered more of the questions. The PA came in and asked me some of the same things. Very nice! After about 20 minutes I found that they weren’t even in the psychiatric field which is what I scheduled. This was a family practice. The Zocdoc app steered me away from the correct type of field of medicine. I would give the office, and people a 10 of 10. I would give the Zocdoc a 0 out of 10! Lesson learned to call for appointment do not use an online service!
