Booked my appt. Doctors office called 3 hours before and asked for info and said Dr may have to reschedule, I told them I wouldn’t be able to, office then told me they would confirm and let me know if she needed to cancel. Everything was good and set for my appt time and I never heard anything back about rescheduling. Then 15 mins after my appt was supposed to start she cancels and is trying to get me to reschedule after wasting my time. I took off work and coordinated my whole day just to not get help. I would never trust a healthcare provider who can’t even show up to their own appts. Bad look

NP Obi has been instrumental to my mental health. She is genuine, intelligent, and easy to talk to. I’ve had some bad experiences in the past with providers, and I was always frustrated, because no one was listening so I was getting medications that had bad side effects and didn’t work. Now, I can work with my new NP and she genuinely cares what works for me and what doesn’t.

I was truly touched by her compassion, and my session was therapeutic. I didn’t feel judged and she was not condescending. I felt heard. In mental health, it’s easy for providers to write us off and assume they know what is best for us. With NP Obi, it feels like a collaboration. She understands that the patient knows what works best for them and she works with us to find the best treatment. I have found my safe place.

I am very impressed with the care I received from Racheal Obi. She is so knowledgeable about my condition and offered a personal, compassionate care. NP Obi is a true gem. She listens and actually hears what you’re saying. She’s very therapeutic in her approach, and you feel comfortable just talking to her. I think I finally found my person. Some NPs just want to rush through the assessment and prescribe medication, and so you end up feeling like just a number. With NP Obi, you’re an actual person. She doesn’t see you as just another “complainer who wants all the meds.”
