I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in New York, providing medication management and individual therapy to adults across the lifespan. I have experience working with clients with depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, schizophrenia, and other mental health challenges. My therapeutic approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. I believe healing occurs in a space where clients feel safe and free from judgment. I hold that space for individuals without pressure to“fix” or rush the process. Central to my work is fostering a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, empathy, and respect.

I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price is $199 for the intake appointment and $150 for follow up appointments.
