I am a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist with over six years of experience in pediatric and adult nutrition. I hold a Master’s in Human Nutrition from Texas State University and am board certified as a Specialist in Pediatric Nutrition. I love working with children and families to create personalized nutrition solutions that improve their health! Before founding Texas Family Nutrition, I taught culinary health to children and adults of all ages and worked in clinical and childcare nutrition with hundreds of families. I enjoy helping kids and families develop their food knowledge in ways that foster healthy habits and an attitude of food exploration! At home, I am a mom of two brilliant girls and enjoy spending my free time reading, exercising, creating new recipes, gardening, and painting.
