I am a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with a Master's degree in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Walden University. With 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, I provide evidence-based, quality care. I am nonjudgmental and treat all patients with respect, empathy, and honesty.
I take a holistic approach and believe it is essential to form a compassionate partnership with my patients. Together, we work to optimize wellness based on trust and always with my patients' wishes and goals in mind.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

Mrs. Christian always checks in with me about my personal life and makes sure that I am healthy in body and mind. She also asks about effectiveness and side effects of medications and makes sure that I am tolerating them well. She takes my feedback into account and I feel heard!

Truly knows how to care for her patients. I had been in a terrible mental state for many years, and when I began with Mrs. Christian she was warm and welcoming, and wants the best for me. She explains things very well, and does not waste any time on helping you. I recommend her for anyone that is trying to get mental health in general.

Rachel Christian is the physician you hope to find! I recently had to change physicians and hesitant to try and find one through this avenue. I'd only had one doctor to treat my condition and nervous to find another to build that kind of trust and relationship with. I'm not sure why I decided to see Rachel Christian (besides her glowing reviews) but I am so glad I did! She immediately made me feel at ease. She listened and asked questions that made me feel that she genuinely wanted to help me. She made me feel trusted and understood even though we just met. I highly recommend her!
