You feel in over your head. Parenting isn’t supposed to be easy, but you never thought it would be this hard. Maybe you look across the table and can’t recognize your children anymore. Your sweet baby is acting out at school. Your teenager won’t even look you in the eyes anymore. Your children are experiencing situations that you don’t feel equipped to handle. It can feel shameful to ask for help. You feel like you’re failing as a parent. I want you to know that you are not alone! Whether you have a supportive partner, or you’re parenting solo, it is okay to ask for help. In fact, it’s the bravest thing you can do. I work with families, individuals, and couples experiencing a variety of life stressors. I have extensive work with children in an educational and clinical setting. I’ve helped families through the loss of a parent, an ADHD diagnosis, behavioral issues, and much more. I also enjoy working with adolescents and men who are hesitant to engage in therapy. I am certified in SYMBIS premarital counseling and trained in Four Blinks, which is a trauma reprocessing technique. Whether you’re new to therapy or a seasoned client, I would love to partner alongside you and help you achieve your goals. I strive to create a warm and nurturing environment to help my clients feel safe to be vulnerable. Reach out today!
