I had the opportunity to see Rachel Clements as a patient for a couple of years. Rachel kept my psychiatric medications updated and also provided counseling for me.
During the many monthly sessions with Rachel, I felt heard and understood. She listened to my opinions on how certain medications were or were not working and was willing to try raising or lowering doses or trying new meds.
We developed a profssional friendship. I stopped seeing Rachel when she moved to a firm that didn’t take my medical insurance. I highly recommed Rachel if you are looking for a new person to add to your team.
